2010 ILLINOIS SWIMMING AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS
MARCH 12, 13 & 14
General Information
The largest and fastest 14 & Under Championship State Meet in the Nation will be March 12, 13 & 14 at the very fast University of Illinois-Chicago Natatorium.
On Saturday, March 13th, Olympic medalist Peter Vanderkaay will signing autographs from 3:00-5:00pm. (posted 02/15/10)

Important Team Information
Warm-Up Information - To help provide the best possible Warm-Up at AM Prelim Sessions we will be running a split Warm-Up for the Meet.
- First General Warm-Up (competition pool & shallow end) will be 6:45 to 7:20am
- Second General Warm-Up (competition pool & shallow end) will be 7:25-8:00am
- Sprint & Push/Pace Lane (competition pool only) will be 8:00-8:20am for ALL TEAMS. Sprint Lanes 1 thru 6, Push/Pace Lanes 7 & 8
- Shallow End after 8:00am will be open for General Warm-Up for all Teams
- Competition Pool will clear at 8:20am and the meet will begin at 8:30am
We are asking Clubs to email your preferred Warm-Up time and an estimated number of athletes (individual qualifiers & relay only swimmers) to jcabel@stcswim.com beginning Monday, March 1st. Request will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis until Sunday, March 7th at Noon.
After Noon on Sunday, March 7th, all remaining clubs will be assigned a Warm-Up time and Warm-Up assignments will be final. (posted 02/22/10)
Scratch Meeting - Thursday, March 11th, 2010; 6:00-6:30pm at the UIC Natatorium. (posted 02/22/10)
Timing Assigments for Clubs - SCST will be asking for help with timing from clubs for the Preliminary and Timed Final Sessions Only. If your club is asked to supply timers, please be sure they are on deck 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. (posted 02/22/10)
Secondary Entry - There will be NO email entry/secondary entry this year; Entry Deadline is Monday, March 8th at 1:00pm (posted 02/22/10)

Important Volunteer Information
Supermeets Thanks to everyone who worked this weekend. You will not be able to make any changes. If you have any questions about it please contact Lori Falk or Cathy Snyder. Please remember, if you have a swimmer swimming at the meet you need to work 3 sessions. If you do not have a swimmer participating in the meet, you need to work 2 sessions. (posted 02/15/10)
Age Group Championship Volunteer Shirts Each volunteer will receive a shirt to wear at the meet. If you are working more than one session and would like an additional shirt, please contact Linda Popp lspopp@aol.com. Each additional shirt will be $8.00. Each volunteer family will receive a free parking pass (a $10.00 savings) for each day that they volunteer at the meet. The shirts and parking pass will be available for picup on Tuesday, March 9th at the Norris Rec. Center from 5:00-7:00pm. (posted 02/15/10)
Age Group Championships Donation "Wish List" St. Charles Swim Team, We will have up to 1200 swimmers, their families and many coaches and officials coming for the weekend. Hospitality and Concessions are in need of donations. Check out the "Wish List". Please contact us if your family would like to purchase any items on the list. (posted 02/8/10)
