2008 ST. CHARLES ELECTRIC CHRISTMAS PARADE - 11/17/2008
The St. Charles Christmas Parade is scheduled for Saturday, November 29th, at 5:30pm.
Parade Participants – All swimmers are invited to ride on our Team Float! Please e-mail Carla Summers (Carla.summers@medpro.com) BY FRIDAY NOV. 21ST, if you are interested in riding on the float.
Parade Party – SCST has reserved the upstairs room at McNalley’s, 201 E. main Street, for the evening of the parade. In order to determine how much food to order, and to calculate a price per person we need to know how many people to expect at the party. SCST BLACK TEAM HOLIDAY PARTY - 11/16/2008
BLACK TEAM Swimmers and Parents: On December 20th from 3:00-6:30pm, the BLACK TEAM Swimmers will be gathering at the Milosch Home for a Holiday Party. Our focus this Christmas will be helping the residence of the Lazarus House and Woman’s Shelter. We will prepare a meal for both facilities and we will make a gift that will be given to the children that reside at the shelter. But it won’t be all work. BLACK TEAM Swimmers, be prepared to go on a scavenger hunt, play a white elephant game and eat lots of tasty Christmas Treats. Watch your mailboxes and your emails for more details.

Nine-hundred and seventy-four athletes made the team this year, including 600 women and 374 men. Sixty-eight percent of the successful applicants had a 4.0 GPA. Fifteen percent of the athletes made the list for the third time in their careers.
